With that being said, my photography style is also timeless. I love movement, romance, and laughter in my work. I’m all about the candid, not posed, natural look in my images. I feel they best document who my couples are from the way they laugh, kiss and embrace one another.

We first met her for our engagement session 3 years ago, where we quickly realized her personality is as amazing as her photos! We laughed the entire session and couldn’t have felt more at ease with her behind the camera. Rachel was amazing with communicating with us, re-planning for our intimate elopement on top of a mountain in Vermont and helped keep us excited about our wedding even though it wasn’t what we planned. Proposal & Contract

I will send you a proposal regarding your photo needs - this proposal includes which photo collection or session you want, contract and an invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit. Signing this proposal and paying the invoice officially books me & holds your date!

In the months between making your retainer and your big day, we'll exchange a few emails here and there as I check in and see how wedding planning is going and if I can answer any questions you may have. If you’ve booked me for any portrait sessions (engagement, bridal, etc.), we will schedule & shoot those!
4 months before your wedding, I will send you a detailed questionnaire regarding your wedding day so I can get more of a feel for what it will be like & get down to the nitty-gritty logistics.
About 2 months out from your wedding, I will request a preliminary timeline of your day. No pressure though--this can be just a "bare bones" schedule! We will work together in the following weeks to make a timeline that keeps both the lighting and the time needed for optimal photo coverage in mind.

It's finally here! We both show up to your wedding and CARPE THAT DIEM. With our game (and party) faces on, you float through this blessed day and I make you feel like the king & queen that you are. We dance, we laugh, we cry happy tears, and we create incredible photos.

Delivery Of Images
In the 4-6 weeks following your wedding, I'll be meticulously editing and perfecting your photos, one by one. When they're ready, I will send them to you on a personalized, shareable, beautiful online gallery with print-ordering capabilities. Then, we will go through options for printing your images and preserving your memories with albums. These products will allow you can re-live the best day of your lives forever. Enjoy!
